WIZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WIZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,220 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF23, GK2, and LMX1A. Each is linked with WIZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIZ-to-partner and partner-to-WIZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF23 grouped by WIZ-low versus WIZ-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
