WIPI2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,065 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF216, GNA12, and RBM47. Each is linked with WIPI2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPI2-to-partner and partner-to-WIPI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIPI2 versus RNF216 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
