WIPF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KNSTRN, TMEM62, and SEC11A. Each is linked with WIPF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF1-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KNSTRN grouped by WIPF1-low versus WIPF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
