WHAMMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WHAMMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,724 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WHAMMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTG3-AS1, ABALON, and MICALL1. Each is linked with WHAMMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHAMMP3-to-partner and partner-to-WHAMMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTG3-AS1 grouped by WHAMMP3-low versus WHAMMP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WHAMMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WHAMMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
