WHAMMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WHAMMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,746 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WHAMMP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN11, TLN2, and VCL_S346. Each is linked with WHAMMP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHAMMP2-to-partner and partner-to-WHAMMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WHAMMP2 versus SEPTIN11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WHAMMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WHAMMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
