Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,977 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WFS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNB1, RAD51, and PTTG1. Each is linked with WFS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFS1-to-partner and partner-to-WFS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WFS1 versus LMNB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
