Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFIKKN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,213 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WFIKKN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPA1, RNA5SP419, and TXNL4A. Each is linked with WFIKKN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFIKKN2-to-partner and partner-to-WFIKKN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPA1 grouped by WFIKKN2-low versus WFIKKN2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFIKKN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFIKKN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
