Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WFIKKN2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WFIKKN2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher WFIKKN2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WFIKKN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and UCS are the cancer types where WFIKKN2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
