Across TCGA cell cohorts, WFIKKN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 762 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WFIKKN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with WFIKKN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFIKKN2-to-partner and partner-to-WFIKKN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by WFIKKN2-low versus WFIKKN2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
