WFDC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-54P, OR4C7P, and C16orf78. Each is linked with WFDC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC6-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-54P grouped by WFDC6-low versus WFDC6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
