Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WFDC6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WFDC6 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher WFDC6 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WFDC6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where WFDC6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
