WFDC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGBL4-AS1, GJA1P1, and RNU7-176P. Each is linked with WFDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC3-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AGBL4-AS1 grouped by WFDC3-low versus WFDC3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
