WFDC13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,499 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, PAPSS2, and TRIO. Each is linked with WFDC13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC13-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WFDC13 versus P4HA2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
