WFDC12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,852 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PI3, XPC, and TGM1. Each is linked with WFDC12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC12-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WFDC12 versus PI3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
