Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,708 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WFDC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMPR, MGST3, and PIP4K2A. Each is linked with WFDC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC12-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WFDC12 versus GMPR in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
