WFDC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 171 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, CCL27, and PPM1F-AS1. Each is linked with WFDC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC12-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR615 grouped by WFDC12-low versus WFDC12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
