Across TCGA cell cohorts, WFDC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 499 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Copulation, Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and Negative regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction. Each is linked with WFDC12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC12-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC12 results are reported.
