WFDC10A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WFDC10A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 294 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC10A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are piRNA-mediated gene silencing by mRNA destabilization, Serotonin metabolic process, and Lymphocyte migration. Each is linked with WFDC10A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC10A-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, piRNA-mediated gene silencing by mRNA destabilization grouped by WFDC10A-low versus WFDC10A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
