Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR97 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR97-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with WDR97 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR97-to-partner and partner-to-WDR97 results are reported.
