Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR93 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,589 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR93-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRX9P, MIR6772, and CHEK1. Each is linked with WDR93 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR93-to-partner and partner-to-WDR93 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRX9P grouped by WDR93-low versus WDR93-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR93→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR93) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
