Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR93 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WDR93 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher WDR93 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR93 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRP show a favorable association.

BRCA, KIRP, and LGG are the cancer types where WDR93 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
