Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR93 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR93-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, PCNA, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with WDR93 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR93-to-partner and partner-to-WDR93 results are reported.
