Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR92 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,129 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR92-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, PDCD2L, and MIR223HG. Each is linked with WDR92 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR92-to-partner and partner-to-WDR92 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR92 versus CSF3R in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR92→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR92) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
