Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR92 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR92-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01919, MIR4753, and RN7SL326P. Each is linked with WDR92 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR92-to-partner and partner-to-WDR92 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01919 grouped by WDR92-low versus WDR92-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR92→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR92) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
