Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL326P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL326P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL326P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Additionally, RN7SL326P RNA expression shows 6,120 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, and PAAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL326P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
