Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL326P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL326P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where RN7SL326P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL326P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as PAAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.
PAAD and LUSC are the cancer types where RN7SL326P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
