WDR91

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR91 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,926 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR91-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR81, RAP2B, and RRBP1_T275. Each is linked with WDR91 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR91-to-partner and partner-to-WDR91 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR91 versus WDR81 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR91→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
