WDR91

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR91 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR91-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and Mre11. Each is linked with WDR91 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR91-to-partner and partner-to-WDR91 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by WDR91-low versus WDR91-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR91→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
