Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR91 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,640 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR91-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Early endosome to late endosome transport, Vesicle-mediated transport between endosomal compartments, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with WDR91 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR91-to-partner and partner-to-WDR91 results are reported.
