Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR91 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 337 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR91-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP50, SPEM3, and CYB5D1. Each is linked with WDR91 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR91-to-partner and partner-to-WDR91 results are reported.
