WDR90

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR90 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,046 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR90-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARN, SMC1A, and SF3B3. Each is linked with WDR90 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR90-to-partner and partner-to-WDR90 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR90 versus PARN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR90→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR90) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
