WDR90

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR90 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,024 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR90-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADPRM, VSTM2B, and INSL4. Each is linked with WDR90 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR90-to-partner and partner-to-WDR90 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADPRM grouped by WDR90-low versus WDR90-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR90→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR90) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
