Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR87 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,868 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR87-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of RNA localization, Obsolete histone modification, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with WDR87 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR87-to-partner and partner-to-WDR87 results are reported.
