WDR87

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR87 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR87-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBP5, XPNPEP1, and IFNG. Each is linked with WDR87 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR87-to-partner and partner-to-WDR87 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GBP5 grouped by WDR87-low versus WDR87-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR87→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR87) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
