Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR83OS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR83OS data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher WDR83OS Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR83OS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and ESCA are the cancer types where WDR83OS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
