WDR83

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR83 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,721 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR83-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD4, HNRNPM, and RBBP5. Each is linked with WDR83 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR83-to-partner and partner-to-WDR83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR83 versus BRD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR83→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
