Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR81 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,170 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR81-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of pinocytosis, Piecemeal microautophagy of the nucleus, and Regulation of lysosome organization. Each is linked with WDR81 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR81-to-partner and partner-to-WDR81 results are reported.
