WDR81

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR81 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,537 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR81-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, FAM83D, and NEK2. Each is linked with WDR81 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR81-to-partner and partner-to-WDR81 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR81 versus MYBL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR81→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR81) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
