WDR81

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR81 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR81-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFC1, SLF1, and NDUFS4. Each is linked with WDR81 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR81-to-partner and partner-to-WDR81 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFC1 grouped by WDR81-low versus WDR81-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR81→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR81) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
