WDR77

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR77 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,109 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR77-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNL2, PSMA5, and C1orf109. Each is linked with WDR77 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR77-to-partner and partner-to-WDR77 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR77 versus GNL2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR77→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR77) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
