Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR75 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR75 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher WDR75 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR75 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and LUSC are the cancer types where WDR75 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
