Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR75 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,205 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR75-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, Maturation of SSU-rRNA, and IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with WDR75 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR75-to-partner and partner-to-WDR75 results are reported.
