WDR73

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR73 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,309 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR73-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP53BP1, MORF4L1, and ANP32A. Each is linked with WDR73 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR73-to-partner and partner-to-WDR73 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR73 versus TP53BP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR73→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR73) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
