WDR64

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR64 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,524 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR64-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX11, PIMREG, and RPA1. Each is linked with WDR64 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR64-to-partner and partner-to-WDR64 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX11 grouped by WDR64-low versus WDR64-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR64→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
