WDR64

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR64 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR64-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L6, CFHR2, and H4C7. Each is linked with WDR64 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR64-to-partner and partner-to-WDR64 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L6 grouped by WDR64-low versus WDR64-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR64→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
