WDR62

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR62 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,907 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR62-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATAD2, CENPI, and CCNE1. Each is linked with WDR62 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR62-to-partner and partner-to-WDR62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR62 versus ATAD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR62→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
