Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR61 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR61 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher WDR61 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR61 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, UCEC, and CHOL are the cancer types where WDR61 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
