WDR61

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR61 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,704 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR61-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32A, TP53BP1, and ZNF592. Each is linked with WDR61 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR61-to-partner and partner-to-WDR61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR61 versus ANP32A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR61→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
