Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR61 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,756 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR61-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, CXCL8, and AQP9. Each is linked with WDR61 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR61-to-partner and partner-to-WDR61 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR61 versus BCL2A1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR61→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
