Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR61 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR61-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALBP1P1, RNA5SP408, and MIR7702. Each is linked with WDR61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR61-to-partner and partner-to-WDR61 results are reported.
